So Whats This Thali About?
A Thali is basically a metal dish that is traditionally used to serve food. Across India, people eat combination meals served in a Thali that has small compartments in it. The items served in the Thali are designed to complement each other and served together. This is what a traditional Thali looks like:

The Little Red Chilli Traditional Thali
What we’ve done at Little Red Chilli is packaged it up so that we can deliver it your door as a complete and convenient meal. Each of our Desi Thalis is a whole lot of food and a meal for one.
It’s not just a set meal, with our Thali you get to choose what goes into it and you only need to order for one. Before tucking into your main you can enjoy the wonderful starter and sides that accompany your meal.
Why not get creative and try new Indian taste experiences all in the comfort of your home.
With each Thali, we provide you with a choice of the items you would like with it. We then add poppodums, mint sauce and naan bread to complete it. For example, with the entry level Thali, you will get:
- Mint Sauce
- Onion Bhajis,
- Poppadums
- Rice
- Naan Bread
You then get to add the following items to the rest of your Thali
- Another starter
- A Chicken main course
So you get 7 items in your meal.
